Customers often don't want to maintain a UAT environment for the testing of planned system enhancements and upgrades. Blumark are able to host such UAT environments (server and client) and provide access to nominated customer representatives to undertake UAT activities.
Hosted Production Environments
Where customers want the benefits of an ECM / BPM solution, without the requirement for new site based servers, system installations and maintenance, Blumark are able to host the total solution and provide access to customer staff to use these systems. Full security of each environment is guaranteed and full administrative access is provided to customer administrators. If this is not required, Blumark can fully administer and guarantee the system availability. Customer data is always totally owned and accessible to the customer.
